The Richmond apartment complex, Midlothian Village, was transformed into what is now called The Belt Atlantic. This was a huge six building $12.1 million full renovation project Care Contracting had the incredible opportunity to be a part. Our scopes of work included the replacement of all apartment entry and mechanical doors, windows and window treatments, siding and trim with brand new James Hardie, commercial gutters/downs and scuppers with splash blocks, and new installed fabricated black-powder coated railings for each breezeway.
