This can vary depending on the time of year and what type of project you ordered, but typically installation takes place within 4-10 weeks.

• Windows & Doors: For door and window installation projects, we can give an accurate time estimate once we know product selections, quantity, and areas on installation. This is also reviewed and estimated with the client in the quoting process.
• Roofing: We are often able to have roofing installations underway within 1-2 weeks with full project completion 2 days after installation begins.
• Siding: Siding projects currently take anywhere between 6-8 weeks depending on product selection and availability of unique products.
• Gutters: 1-2 weeks.

CARE Contracting offers a Lifetime Warranty. Any facet of the provided product or labor required to correct any item is covered under warranty and will be provided at no extra cost by CARE Contracting for as long as the purchaser resides in or owns the home in which the windows, sliding patio doors, entry doors, siding replacement, or roof replacement were installed. This warranty also comes with a free transfer to a second property owner on the 3000 (if the home is sold within one year of installation – 3000 only), 6000 and 9000 series windows, as well as on all ProVia doors, GAF roof replacements, and siding replacements. Accidental glass breakage protection is included on the 6000 and 9000 series windows. GAF roofing systems are installed by Master-Elite Certified installers. Roofing systems installed with Royal Sovereign shingles are warranted for 25 years. Timberline HD architectural shingles are warranted for 50 years.

Customer is responsible for HOA approval and communication. CARE will follow all HOA guidelines that are provided. Replacements that are the same, you do not need HOA approval.

Our customers begin their journey working with the owner, Chris Bazow, who provides onsite, haggle-free quotes and free project consultation. Sales is not our interest, our primary objective when meeting with customers is to provide industry insights, answer questions, and provide quotes with no hassle. We aim to make everything painless and easy for everyone involved.

Our customers do not need to be present every minute of work and are free to run errands as needed. However, upon project completion, we do require the customer to be present for final sign off and payment on any remaining balance.
